000p Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1Definitions

Before getting into the specifics, here's a quick reference for the key terms used throughout this document. Whenever you see these words — whether capitalised or not — this is what they mean in the context of 000p.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the 000p platform — whether on mobile or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete your registration at 000p.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use the 000p platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3Eligibility

To register and use the 000p platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 000p is strictly an adult platform. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended and any funds in their account will be returned to the depositing payment method minus any bonuses claimed.
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay. 000p operates under a Philippine regulatory framework and serves Philippine-resident players only.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under Philippine law. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order or any legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling, you must not register at 000p.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 000p or any of its affiliated technology or content providers. Such individuals are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not under guardianship or any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering contracts.

000p reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account at 000p. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering at 000p, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID
• Your active Philippine mobile number (used for OTP verification)
• A valid email address
• Your date of birth

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change, you must update your account promptly. 000p may request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys ID — at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected.

5Deposits

All deposits at 000p are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit at the standard account level, though higher-value deposits may require additional verification in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

000p accepts the following deposit methods from Philippine players:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay bank transfers
• PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits are credited to your 000p balance instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay typically arrive within 15 minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. 000p does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in a name other than your own — attempting to deposit from a third-party account is a breach of these Terms.

000p does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 000p's control.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 000p account can be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification.

All withdrawals at 000p are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists as an anti-money laundering safeguard and is not negotiable. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain card types), you will be asked to provide an alternative method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal processing times at 000p are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Philippine public holidays.
• InstaPay: Typically within 15–30 minutes during banking hours.
• PESONet: Within one banking business day.
• Bank debit/credit card: 1–5 banking business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawals will only be processed once any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Real-money funds are not locked behind wagering requirements — only bonus-origin funds are. Your account balance displays real-money and bonus funds separately at all times.

7Bonuses and Promotions

000p offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page at 000p.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions at 000p unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Philippine-resident players aged 18 and above only.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. 000p may also run reload and loyalty bonuses for existing players at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total account balance, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• 000p reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to eligible players where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the voiding of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

8Gameplay Rules

All games available at 000p — including live casino tables, slots, card games such as Tongits and Baccarat, and sports betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game environment. By participating in any game at 000p, you agree to the applicable game rules as displayed.

All casino game outcomes at 000p are generated by certified random number generators (RNG), independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live casino outcomes are determined by real dealers in real time and are streamed in HD. No employee, contractor, or system administrator at 000p has the ability to influence individual game outcomes.

Sports betting odds at 000p are set and updated by our pricing team in line with market conditions. Odds displayed at the time you confirm a bet are the odds that apply to your wager — 000p does not change odds after a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error that results in a clearly incorrect price being published, 000p reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, 000p's system records the state of the game at the point of disconnection. For table games, if your hand or session cannot be resumed, the bet will be resolved according to the game's rules at that point. For sports bets, disconnection does not affect the outcome — your bet remains active.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 000p and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other multi-player format
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in 000p's systems
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 000p staff or other players in any communication channel
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted area of the 000p platform

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 000p platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, promotional materials, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 000p or its licensed third-party content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 000p content without prior written permission.

Your right to use the 000p platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted solely for the purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not give you any ownership rights over any 000p content or technology.

11Limitation of Liability

000p provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate performance, 000p cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for any loss arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or technical reasons
• Internet connectivity issues on your end
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network failures
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the 000p platform

Nothing in these Terms limits 000p's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. In all cases where 000p is found liable, the maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Account Suspension and Closure

000p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Your account activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or any criminal conduct
• You have provided false information during registration or verification
• You have registered while under 18 years of age
• A regulatory authority has directed 000p to close your account
• You have requested self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms no breach on your part, real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds are always forfeited upon account closure for Terms violations, regardless of outcome.

You may also request voluntary closure of your 000p account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method after any pending wagers are settled.

13Responsible Gaming

000p takes its responsibility toward player welfare seriously. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit takes effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 000p. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will not receive any marketing communications.

14Privacy

In summary: 000p collects only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and fulfil our regulatory obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support.

15Amendments to These Terms

000p may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our operating procedures. When material changes are made, 000p will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 000p.app/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date prominently displayed at the top of the page. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the 000p platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players are required to first attempt resolution through 000p's internal dispute process by submitting a detailed complaint to support@000p.app. 000p commits to providing a substantive response to all formal complaints within 5 business days. The vast majority of player concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

If you remain unsatisfied after the internal process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming.
